  I had a great experience. Sarah is very knowledgeable and helped me out with checking my tires to recommend a tire rotation. Which she had done for me the same day! The service was fairly quick and friendly. Will return for my next service to this dealership.

  I had an appointment and was greeted immediately however had to wait 7 minutes until I was served. The service man was cordial and made sure that all my needs were addressed and that I was heard. My service was good however I thought that some of the charges were way over priced such as $30 to clean my battery terminals and put pads under them. My wife was the one who answered the phone and approved the work had it been me I would have not had that done. I will be back for warranty work but most likely not much else.

  Just a quick note: why is the TV "on" for the Customers waiting for their service being done? The date says: July 15th, at 9:36 a.m. it is pointless to have on. Just sayin'. Today is September 12th...hmmm Also, why did they STOP the COMPLIMENTARY car wash after each oil change, etc. Its an outside wash, isn't it ??? Not happy!

Since day one the Service Manager Andy Fisher has taken care of my maintenance needs, and not only do I have nothing but praise for his professional work ethic, but he also goes the extra mile on the personal side. Whether he's got crayons and coloring books ready for my daughter, or great food recommendations for me, Andy has always treated me like more than just another customer.   This review is for my service provider TK. He's an extremely attentive and thorough person to work with, always straight forward, and available via email which is always a convenient plus! I've been working with TK for about a year now and he's efficient, trustworthy, and extremely professional. I don't have much interaction with the sales staff, but they did work with me to provide an estimated buy back value for my car and didn't pressure or hound me at all to buy a new car, so that was much appreciated. All in all, would highly recommend working with TK at Mossy Nissan Kearny Mesa.

  I had purchased a new 2018 FORD FLEX in Escondido less than 2 months ago, and had a poor buying experience. So let's just say I wasn't looking forward to having to purchase yet another vehicle after my daughter was rear-ended causing my 2nd car to be totalled. The professionalism by the Mossy Nissan internet sales manager, Michelle was top notch. She immediately instilled a trust that made me drive further than I wanted to, to buy the Rogue.

The whole staff I interacted with were kind and helpful especially Michael Teng!!! Michael was very thorough in explaining the process and made sure my means of transportation would be taken care of. I couldn't have left happier! Thank you!

I was taken home and back to the service center promptly while awaiting for the repairs. When I had concerns about my car, the staff listened, checked and made sure my car was back to health.   It was Auto Haus SD that gave me a chance. I was on the hunt for a specific car. The coveted 1st generation IS300 with manual transmission. I found some but they weren't as advertised, terrible condition, high mileage, and not stock.

  Josh is amazing first of all . my husband and i went to look at a Lincoln for him while they were test driving it i started looking around. came across a 335i bmw. omg i had a auto loan and told josh i wanted the car. my bank wanted to hold my loan hostage . So josh jumped through hoops for the bank . finally he took us to another finace company. josh took the time to find another company. he made us feel welcomed at all times. he is a good guy! would definitely recommend him to other people looking for that special car. ! Thanks josh for all your help i love my new car !! price was just right also. very honest guy who cares. hard to find now days.

I'm now driving a beautiful 2005 Mercedes!!! He is an amazing salesman with great sense of urgency and anytime I need something done maintenance he's on top of it right away! probably one of the best warranties I've ever had. So he made sure my recall notices were all taken care of...and I decided to change my cabin filters since I had money to spare (because I had prepaid for the oil change package, works out to about $28 an oil change). Everything fast and smooth. Even changed my battery because the charge was low. They were so nice that I actually felt good about going to the dealer!!! The guys are professional and solid!
